Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced,   The actual service time will be equal to the time you requested, 60-minute, 90-minute hands-on, etc. If you are late to your scheduled appointment, you will receive the service based on your remaining time & are still responsible to pay for the full amount of the service.
